As a result of strategic initiatives focused on reputation management, Google My Business analytics for Direct Communications- Idaho show a notable 118% increase in interactions over an 11-month period, along with improvements in total views and website clicks. These efforts led to a boost in customer engagement and visibility, reflecting the direct impact of reputation management on online performance.

Social Media Growth


From 11/23 to 09/24, my tailored social media strategy utilizing Direct Communications' giveaways and community-oriented goals resulted in significant growth across Direct Communications's platforms: Idaho Facebook saw a 40% increase in likes and follows, while Instagram followers surged by 94%. Maine Facebook followers grew by 60%, and Louisiana Facebook experienced a 17% increase, underscoring the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.

Web Traffic Growth


Following reorganizations, content updates, and implementing  ads on Facebook and Instagram, sessions on the directcom.com website increased by 36% to 104.3k, with events rising by 31% and page views up by 29%, reflecting increased web traffic and enhanced user engagement.



Improving Customer Communications and Reputation Management

When I was hired at Direct Communications, the first need identified was for an effective text messaging solution to better serve customers. I conducted thorough research and proposed a program that integrated text messaging and social media messaging, leading to the successful implementation of a company-wide text messaging system. This initiative significantly enhanced customer communication during and after office hours via text messaging and Facebook Messenger. From March 2023 to September 2024, Direct Communications sent 53,915 messages and received 27,802 responses across Idaho, Maine, and Louisiana. Additionally, I developed a reputation management process for customer service representatives that markedly increased the total number of reviews to 285 across all accounts (205 in Idaho, 43 in Maine, and 37 in Louisiana), up from just 3 at the beginning of 2023.
